This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with their hands, taking pride in quality work, and being part of a team that builds something remarkable.

You’ll work on assemblies that may include mechanical components, cables, lights, power supplies, control devices, and other related systems. The work you do helps ensure each unit is fully prepared before it is shipped to its final destination.

What You’ll Do

  • Assemble mechanical, robotic, and electromechanical components and devices.

  • Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and work instructions.

  • Stage, set up, build, test, and prepare hardware and cables for assembly.

  • Use precision tools such as torque wrenches, crimpers, splicers, and drivers.

  • Follow procedures, specifications, and test instructions accurately.

  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

  • Work closely with production and engineering teams to support daily build activities.

  • Keep work areas organized, safe, and efficient.

  • Support other related tasks as needed to help keep production moving.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of mechanical assembly experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced assembly or shop environment.

  • Strong ability to use hand tools and power tools with care and accuracy.

  • Comfortable reading and understanding technical drawings, schematics, and test procedures.

  • A team player who communicates well and works collaboratively.

  • Able to adapt quickly in a busy environment with changing priorities.

  • Reliable, hands-on, and motivated by building quality work.

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Why WET

At WET, your work helps bring one-of-a-kind experiences to life. You’ll be part of a team that builds highly innovative systems seen by millions around the world.

If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and want to be part of something exciting and meaningful, WET is a place where your work truly matters.
