As we embark on our next groundbreaking project, we are seeking a Production Assistant to support our Assembly Production team and help bring our visionary concepts to life.

Summary:

The Production Assistant will play a vital role in supporting and assisting the Production Manager and Assembly team by ensuring seamless administrative operations, precise documentation, and effective communication across departments. This is an opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional to contribute to extraordinary projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide comprehensive administrative assistance and support to the Production Manager 
• Manage and maintain production schedules, documentation, and records with a high degree of accuracy
• Inventory tracking, cycle counts, and assist with inventory discrepancy resolution
• Prepare, organize, and file production documents, work orders, and compliance paperwork
• Assist with tracking manufacturing orders, costs, and workflow progress
• Facilitate communication between production, purchasing, and other departments to ensure smooth operations

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ year of experience in an administrative or support role within a manufacturing or production environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
• Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and workflow is a plus
