Quality Engineer
WET (Design) – Sun Valley, CA
At WET, we create some of the world’s most iconic water features, blending art, engineering, and imagination to deliver experiences that stop people in their tracks. From the Fountains of Bellagio to the Dubai Fountain, our work is built on precision, creativity, and a commitment to doing exceptional work at every stage.
We’re looking for a Quality Engineer who is comfortable being close to the work — in the machine shop, weld shop, sheet metal shop, injection molding shop, and the on-premise assembly shop known as Finale. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how parts are made, how assemblies come together, and how quality can be strengthened by working side by side with the people doing the building.
This role partners closely with Manufacturing Engineers and reports through the VP of Manufacturing. It is ideal for someone who is curious, technically grounded, and energized by solving problems where they actually happen.
Role Overview
The Quality Engineer helps ensure that parts, subassemblies, and finished assemblies meet WET’s standards for quality, fit, function, and reliability. You’ll work across multiple internal manufacturing environments to inspect, investigate, improve, and support the systems that feed our Finale assembly operation.
This is not a desk-only quality role. It requires someone who can walk the floor, understand the process, ask the right questions, and help drive practical solutions that improve the way we build.
What You’ll Do
At WET, you’ll be part of a team that builds extraordinary work through craftsmanship, technical discipline, and creativity. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the action, solving real manufacturing problems, and helping shape how work gets done across a dynamic production environment.
As our projects grow in complexity, we’re looking for people who are ready to grow with them — people whose curiosity deepens, whose judgment sharpens, and whose approach becomes even more thoughtful, resilient, and effective over time.
If you’re a hands-on Quality Engineer who wants to make a meaningful impact across the shops that feed Finale, we’d love to hear from you.
