We are seeking a Culture Curator to lead initiatives that inspire connection, empower individuals, and nurture a culture where our team thrives personally and professionally.  

Position Summary 
As the Culture Curator at WET, you will be instrumental in shaping, sustaining, and evolving the unique culture of WET. This role blends human resources strategy with people-first leadership to foster an inclusive, creative, and high-performing work environment. You will design and implement programs that enhance employee well-being, drive engagement, and align our culture with WET’s mission and long-term business goals. 

Key Responsibilities: 

People & Culture Strategy 
  • Execute people strategies that reinforce WET’s values and drive business performance 
  • Lead initiatives that transform and strengthen company culture during times of growth, change, or transformation 
  • Partner across departments to align cultural initiatives with business objectives 
Engagement & Employee Experience 
  • Design and implement employee engagement programs that support creativity, collaboration, and inclusion 
  • Develop and oversee initiatives that promote employee well-being, mental health, and a positive work-life balance 
  • Champion feedback mechanisms, town halls, and internal communication strategies that promote transparency and trust 
 Immersion & Onboarding Program 
  • Own and evolve WET’s Immersion, the company’s signature onboarding experience designed to welcome, orient, and inspire new hires 
  • Collaborate with leaders across departments to ensure new employees gain a deep understanding of WET’s history, creative philosophy, project work, and culture 
  • Design engaging, multi-day onboarding experiences that build early connection, clarity, and cultural alignment 
  • Gather feedback to continuously refine and improve the program, ensuring it remains relevant, impactful, and reflective of WET’s evolving identity 
  • Act as the cultural ambassador for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization and long-term engagement from day one 

Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field 
  • 5–8+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Culture, or Employee Engagement roles 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cultural transformation or employee engagement programs at a creative or design-centric organization 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence; able to inspire, influence, and build trust at all levels 
  • Experience managing HR programs, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration 
  • Passion for creating an inclusive, inspiring, and performance-oriented workplace
