As a Mechanical Assembler, you’re helping build the core systems behind our most ambitious creations. Every part you install, every connection you make, and every system you test contributes directly to turning bold ideas into real, kinetic water experiences seen by millions around the world.
What You’ll Do
Read, interpret, and follow directions based on engineering drawings and technical documentation
Assemble complex mechanical, robotic, and mechatronic systems used in WET features
Stage, prep, and install hardware, lighting, cables, and control panels in accordance with specifications
Use ft‑lb torque wrenches, hand tools, and power tools safely and accurately
Chase and repair threads using taps and related tools
Work safely while wearing appropriate PPE (safety glasses, cut‑resistant gloves, steel/composite toe footwear, etc.)
Perform both mechanical and basic electrical assembly tasks with a high level of precision and care
Functionally test assemblies, verify operation, and flag any non‑conformances or issues
Keep work areas organized, follow shop procedures, and support continuous improvement efforts
Take on new assignments as needed and support the broader fabrication and assembly team
Who You Are
5+ years of hands‑on mechanical assembly experience in a production, fabrication, or industrial environment
Comfortable working in a busy industrial/shop setting with tools, machinery, and lifting activities
Able to read and understand engineering drawings and basic schematics
Detail‑oriented with a strong sense of ownership—understanding that every fastener, seal, and alignment affects performance in the field
A team player who communicates well, supports colleagues, and is open to learning and cross‑training
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Willing to work overtime and occasional weekends based on project demands
