Identify scope changes early and lead the Change Order / Variation Order process
Negotiate and manage consultant agreements (scope, deliverables, schedule)
Collaborate with functional department leaders to create mission plans and execution strategies for each phase
Develop, maintain, and actively manage detailed project schedules; track progress and adjust as the project unfolds
Monitor, track, and analyze project costs; proactively address variances and risks
Provide clear, consistent communication with clients and internal stakeholders, including regular status updates and presentations
Champion quality, safety, and technical excellence throughout the project lifecycle
Who You Are
7+ years of project management experience delivering complex projects that combine design, engineering, fabrication/manufacturing, and field installation/commissioning

Demonstrated leadership of cross disciplinary teams (design, engineering, production, field) for at least 7 years
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture strongly preferred (or equivalent technical experience)
Proven ability to build strong relationships internally and externally, including with high profile clients and their representatives
Skilled in contract and change order / variation order management
Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to executives, clients, and partners
Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable with project cost analytics and forecasting
Expert at building and managing project schedules using modern tools; able to adjust and replan as conditions change
Self-starter with a proactive, curious, problem solving mindset; comfortable operating with minimal supervision
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools, project management platforms, and collaboration systems
Meticulous attention to detail while still keeping an eye on the big picture
Why Join WET
