Behind every great project is a warehouse team that keeps materials moving, parts organized, and production supported. We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associates who take pride in doing things right and understand the importance of keeping operations running smoothly.
Role Overview
As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll support the warehouse and production teams by receiving, organizing, tracking, picking, staging, and moving parts and materials used in our custom fabrication and assembly process. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment and being part of a team that builds extraordinary things.
You’ll work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and other internal partners to make sure the right parts are in the right place at the right time.
What You’ll Do
Receive incoming materials and parts, verify counts, and help place items in the correct locations.
Pick, stage, and deliver parts to support Assembly and production needs.
Keep warehouse inventory organized, clearly labeled, and easy to locate.
Assist with kitting, part movement, and material transfers.
Use internal systems and software to track parts and update inventory records.
Help maintain accurate counts and support cycle counts and inventory checks.
Follow warehouse procedures to ensure parts are handled carefully and stored correctly.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
Support the Warehouse Supervisor and team with day-to-day operations.
Help identify missing parts, misplacements, or inventory issues before they impact production.
Perform other warehouse and material-handling tasks as needed.
What You Bring
3+ years of warehouse, materials, inventory, shipping/receiving, or production support experience.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to follow procedures and work with a sense of ownership.
Comfortable using computers or warehouse systems to track parts and update records.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
Experience using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other basic material-handling equipment is a plus.
Preferred Experience
Experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or shop environment.
Familiarity with part picking, kitting, inventory tracking, or shipping and receiving.
Willingness to cross-train and learn new systems and processes.
