  • Calibration & Maintenance: Ensure all inspection and test equipment is calibrated, validated, and maintained to industry standards.

3. Team Leadership & Development

  • Build and Lead Teams: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of quality professionals.

  • Training & Knowledge Transfer: Develop and deliver technical training programs on quality standards, measurement techniques, and best practices.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to embed quality at every stage of the product lifecycle.

4. Prototyping & Production Support

  • Live Prototyping: Provide hands-on technical support during prototyping, testing, and production ramp-up.

  • Product Validation: Design and execute validation protocols for new products and processes.

  • Nonconformance Management: Lead investigations, corrective actions, and preventive actions (CAPA) for nonconforming products and processes.

5. Data-Driven Quality Management

  • Quality Metrics & Analytics: Establish and monitor KPIs (PPM, OEE, First Pass Yield, etc.) to drive data-driven decision making.

  • Advanced Data Analysis: Utilize tools such as Minitab, JMP, or Tableau for statistical analysis and predictive modeling.

  • Documentation & Traceability: Maintain rigorous documentation and ensure full traceability of all quality records.

6. Supplier Quality & External Partnerships

  • Supplier Quality Engineering: Conduct supplier audits, performance reviews, and development initiatives.

  • Material Qualification: Oversee incoming inspection and qualification of critical materials and components.

Technical Competencies & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Quality Engineering.

  • Experience: 8+ years in quality engineering, with demonstrated leadership in manufacturing, metrology, and live prototyping environments.

  • Certifications: ASQ CQE, Six Sigma Black Belt, or similar credentials highly preferred.

  • Technical Skills:
